My mission at Legacy Fitness & Nutrition is to empower people to build a lasting legacy of health and well-being. I'm Dan and I believe that true strength is about more than just physical fitness. It's about creating a foundation for a better life, one that inspires others and stands the test of time. As a father of two boys, I try to instill this in them whether they’re reaching for a new personal record (PR) at the gym, studying for their next exam at school or interacting with others with dignity and respect.

My path to founding Legacy Fitness & Nutrition has been shaped by discipline, service, and a lifelong passion for fitness. Although at times, like many of us, I allowed myself to get out of shape. I’ve been fit and fat. But through all of that, I've learned that resilience and commitment are the keys to long-term success, and I bring that same dedication to helping my clients.

🎓 Certified Professional: I hold Elite Personal Trainer, Nutrition, and Strength & Conditioning certifications from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT). These credentials allow me to offer a holistic and science-backed approach to fitness and nutrition.
🎖️ U.S. Marine Corps Veteran: My time in the Marines taught me the value of resilience and pushing past perceived limits.
🥋 Black Belt Martial Artist: As an instructor and student, I'm proof that the pursuit of mastery is a never-ending journey.
🎓 Academic Expertise: My educational background in Intelligence Studies (B.A.) and an MBA provides me with a unique, data-driven perspective on problem-solving and program development.
